Ingredients:
2 hibiscus tea bags
2 cups boiling water
1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup sparkling water
Fresh lemon slices, for garnish
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Place the hibiscus tea bags in a heatproof container and pour boiling water over them. Let steep for 5 minutes to infuse the tea.
Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey or sweetener until dissolved.
Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then transfer it to a pitcher or large glass jar.
Add the cranberry juice to the pitcher and stir well to combine.
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to chill.
When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled hibiscus-cranberry mixture until three-fourths full.
Top each glass with sparkling water and gently stir.
Garnish with fresh lemon slices for an added burst of citrusy flavor.
